Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will oversee and drive successful implementation and integration of systems and processes in the Financial Services Division (Wealth Services, Insurance, and Retirement Plan Services). This role requires a deep understanding of financial services operations and experience managing technology projects involving leading platforms like Orion, Redtail, and Salesforce as well as familiarity with Fidelity and Schwab custodial platforms.

Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams to implement and enhance systems for financial services advisors and offices, focusing on Wealth Services, Retirement Plans Services, and Insurance practice areas.

Systems Integration: Manage the optimization and data integrations of Orion, Redtail, Salesforce, and multiple custodial platforms, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with advisors, vendors, and internal teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and expectations.

Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure all projects are executed in compliance with financial services regulations and industry standards (FINRA, SEC, state regulators), mitigating risk through effective governance and oversight.

Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption and training of new systems among stakeholders.

Performance Tracking: Utilize KPIs and performance metrics to monitor project outcomes and improve future project delivery.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.

Experience:5+ years of experience in project management within the financial services industry.

Proven experience in managing projects involving systems like Orion, Redtail, and Salesforce.  Direct experience with Fidelity and Schwab platforms preferred.

High understanding of investment concepts, financial markets and products, and practices and procedures used in the securities industry.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM, portfolio management systems, and financial reporting tools specific to the financial services sector.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FINRA, SEC, DOL) that impact financial services firms​​.

Skills:Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Accuracy and attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and excellent follow-up.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools).
