Overview:

Summary Statement:

To ensure that guests have an impressive and elevated experience by leading the efforts to organize elements of all sales engagement opportunities, including sites, trade shows, activations, FAM’s, and events. The Site Manager should be an expert in communication with exceptional attention to details, the ability to juggle a variety of logistics, stakeholder relationships while keeping the goal in mind and the entire experience on task. The Site manager should be creative and actively listen to understand how to tailor the site experiences and trips to specific groups based on their interests and abilities. The Site Manager needs to be a leader in collaborating with all Sales Managers and internal departments and customers to execute tours flawlessly. Goals are structured based on the conversion of business based on site inspections executed through this role.

Job Duties:

Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:

Manage all the reservation bookings and operation requests.

Site Document processing (Collateral, client gifts, branding, etc.)

Effective communication both verbally and written with all levels of employees.

Revenue forecasting and reporting resulting in site tour sales efforts.

Meet or exceeds company budgeted sales goals.

Maintain and support growth in established client relationships.

Strong articulation as a tour guide of meetings and events at property.

Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings.

Maintain high standards of professional appearance.

Maintain confidential information.

Show initiative, be resourceful, anticipate customer and internal operational needs.

Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.

Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Qualifications:

Qualifications: – Includes but is not limited to:

Effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Extensive knowledge of meeting room capacities, banquet set-up, etc.

Proficiency in fundamental mathematical concepts, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, to support various tasks and problem-solving activities.

Must possess computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to diverse audiences through clear, engaging, and well-structured presentations.

Continuous communication with executives, employees and guests is necessary.

Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

Previous experience in a Luxury Hotel/Resort or similar setting.

Minimum Education and Experience:

At least 21 years of age.

Associates degree or equivalent education and experience.

Minimum of two years of experience in hotel sales, operations, convention sales, catering or event experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
