Kronos Workforce Management Business Analyst responsible for clarifying business needs, requirements management and solution evaluation.
Good knowledge and experience in business analysis and modelling, requirements management process.
Understanding of client application landscape (HR in particular) and the technology & architectural aspects of the HR solutions.
Ideally you will be up to date with Workforce Management trends and best practice.
Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Staff Planning and/or Workforce Timekeeping application.
Desired experience: includes Kronus (must), ADP, GlobalView, SAP- Payroll, WebMethods across Flow Mapping, Requirements Management, Application Integration, Solution Design & Architecture, Configuration/Mapping, Testing, Deployment, Rollout, Support.
