Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Print vendor invoices received in the AP mailbox.
Sort and distribute invoices according to the AP Team distribution list.
Review inquiries received in the “AP Questions” mailbox. Distribute emails per the AP Team distribution list.
Scan vendor invoices as needed.
Reconcile small vendor statements as needed.
Contact vendors to request copies of missing invoices.
Assist with accounts payable preparations and audit process requests.
Assist the AP department in various projects and initiatives.
Other duties assigned as needed
Skills and Abilities
Demonstrate time management skills with attention to detail.
Detail oriented and capable of analyzing complex financial/operational data.
Intermediate proficiency in PC/Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word,).
Self-starter capable of working independently and ensuring deadlines are met.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.
Education and/or Experience
High school Diploma or equivalent is required.
Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience in a corporate environment.
