We Offer Strong Compensation and Benefits:

Sign on bonus: $1,000 (35+ scheduled hours per week) & $500 (15 - 34 scheduled hours per week) after completion of probationary period

Full-Time MTs make $43K - $62K / year including tips

Competitive base pay + 40% enhancement commission + membership conversion bonus + referral bonus

CEUs available through Elements Online University

Qualifications:

Must hold/obtain a New York Massage Therapist License/Registration or New York Limited Permit Massage Therapist prior to working with clients in the studio.

Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist educational program meeting New York State Massage Therapist educational requirements.

A desire to customize every massage session, working in alignment with the clients healthcare and personal care goals.

An unwavering dedication to maintaining the highest personal, ethical, and professional standards.

Excellent communication and consultation skills.
