Elements Massage Campbell is excited to announce the addition of therapeutic skin care services to the studio’s offerings and is currently seeking licensed estheticians / aestheticians to join the growing team. The goal is to create a welcoming work environment where employees feel valued and motivated to come to work each day. Elements Massage Campbell would love to show you what makes it unique!
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base payTeam members earn a base rate of $18 + commission at on services performed (based on experience)
Typical range $21.50-$24/per facial (without tips)
Including tips: $40- $60+/per facial
Paid sit-time
Additional pay for add-on services
Pay for no-shows/late cancels
Discount on retail products
Discount on Massage Therapy services
Opportunity to lead and shape a new service offering
Paid training
Annual reviews with merit-based increases
Paid liability insurance for 22+ hours a week
Preventative Medical Health Coverage available (for qualified individuals).
Qualifications and Skills
Must have completed (or are in the process of completing) an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program
Licensed to provide facial services in California.
A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment
Previous experience in a spa environment or providing facials is a plus
High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
Passion for skincare and a commitment to continuous learning.
Must be able to work weeknights and weekends
The team would love to speak with students, inexperienced and experienced estheticians/aestheticians with a wide variety of experiences from the beauty industry, resort spa / medical spa, and much more.
