This role qualifies for a remote work assignment. The candidate must reside within our 7 state footprint (PA, MD, WV, VA, NC, OH, MI).

Overview:

Responsible for procurement of Retail and Truck Diesel Dispenser Canopy & Fuel System Installation plans for New Stores, Store Reinvestment, and upgrades of existing locations.

Responsibilities:

1. Procure, assemble, and upload Fuel canopy plans with other pertinent information to complete bid packages, permitting processes, installation documents, etc. for new locations, and reinvestment of existing locations.

2. Manage the Engineering Consultant(s) creating the Fuel System/Installation plans that are utilized in obtaining permit approvals, for competitive bidding, and construction. Review plans for accuracy, upload to project management software and track and approve vendor invoicing.

3. Work cross-functionally with internal groups to support the creation of first-class facilities and fuel layout designs aligned with strategic goals of the company.

4. Provide input and support pertaining to Fuel system equipment selection, system design and project SOW / layout, operation for optimum performance, and access to lower installation costs. Provide SOW and budget estimates, in assigned areas, related to Fuel system projects, upgrades and rollouts.

5. Create and maintain SOP’s training related to Fuel system operation, equipment installation, and best practices to ensure first class and high-quality system installations.

6. Stay current with existing and proposed Federal, State, and Local regulations within operating footprint.

7. Responsible for completion and retention of required record file(s) for plans to ensure construction activities and system operation are completed per schedule, and regulatory compliance of AHJ for assigned areas.

Qualifications:

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

• Associate degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Environmental Science, or related field required.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing multiple projects required.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Fuel System installation, design, equipment & components, and system operation required.

Licenses/Certifications

• Regulatory and Manufacturer certifications for installation and/or removal of UST Systems preferred.

Tools & Equipment 

• General office equipment
