Overview:
The Business Administration Shared Services Team has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Coordinator, supporting over 680 employees, with forecasted growth. This person will be involved in and responsible for various functions including HR, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition administration, applicant screening and HR project support/management. Our ideal candidate will have excellent administrative, interpersonal and problem solving skills along with the confidence needed to communicate effectively with all levels of employees. Also this person must understand the importance of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee or payroll information.
This is a hybrid position located at 14002 E 21st. St. Tulsa, OK 74134

Responsibilities:
Help address employee questions on basic HR matters (policies, payroll, timekeeping, compliance, etc.)
Provide tier 1 support for Supervisors and Management, to ensure accurate data of new hires, reviews, pay changes, transfers and reporting changes
Assist with the review of time-sheets and prepare reporting regarding hours/overtime
Create, maintain and audit personnel files
Oversee the completion and accuracy of new employee paperwork
Process background checks
Input, update, and maintain our applicant tracking system and flow logs
Organize and track attendance for training and new hire orientations
Produce various department reports
Provide support and/or co-manage various HR projects
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Other general administrative duties

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
1 year of Human Resources experience required
Intermediate Proficiency Excel
Previous administrative experience a plus
Project management experience a plus
Apart from religious observations, must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ work week
Must be willing to accept starting pay of $25.34/hour.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
For flexible or work from home positions, reliable high speed Internet connection and dedicated work space are required.
Must live in Tulsa, OK or surrounding area
