Responsibilities:
As the Art Director on our marketing team, you will help lead fully integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns, serving as a key creative contributor for the brand.
The role reports to our Creative Director and combines strategic thinking with polished execution, creating engaging customer facing experiences that shape the overall brand identity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role you'll use your knowledge of visual design trends and development processes, as well as exceptional communication skills.
The ideal candidate is an expert in today’s digital landscape including concepting and creating both email and performance marketing campaigns as well as knowledge of traditional media. Agency experience a big plus
Key responsibilities will be:
Contribute to the creative strategy in collaboration with other creative team members and cross functional partners
Concept and execute campaigns across multiple disciplines (digital, traditional, social, video)
Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while delivering best-in-class work
Research and stay up to date on best practices for email marketing and social media
Additional duties include:
Contribute in brainstorm sessions with copywriters, designers and other stakeholders.
Be confident reviewing a creative brief and asking questions before work starts.
Keep working files organized on the creative server for each job.
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Minimum of 6+ years’ experience in agency, client, marketing or advertising experience.
Experience developing creative ideas for digital campaigns including email and social media. Print also needed.
Tech: Fluency in entire Adobe Creative Suite, including XD and After Effects. Adobe Workfront a plus
Ability to think and create on your feet, especially during the ideation and design development phases.
Ability to work autonomously – taking ownership of your workload and able to juggle several projects at one time.
Candidates must provide their portfolio URL or as an attachment to be considered
