Trainee Estate Agent

Applications are now invited from Trainees who are looking to enter the Estate Agency industry and become an Estate & Lettings Agent.
Applications from Graduates welcome.
Experience in sales or customer facing roles will be an advantage.
You will need to have a valid UK driving licence.

A successful family run Estate Agency and Lettings operation are seeking new talent to join their expanding and flourishing team. Whether you are a complete trainee, or already an experienced Negotiator / Property Valuer, our clients would like to invite you to meet them at their offices during October, initially for an informal chat.

You will get the opportunity to meet and greet an experienced team member, where you can casually chat, share ideas / discuss the market and of course, sell yourself to them (and vice-versa). If all goes well, you will be invited to a more formal interview so that a final decision can be made.

Trainee Estate Agent

You will provide clients and customers with a professional Estate Agency & Lettings service, maximising business from opportunities created.

Trainee Estate Agent - Key Responsibilities:

To interview applicants in a structured fashion, identifying needs and business opportunities.
To contact qualified applicants regularly, advising them of suitable properties and arranging viewing appointments.
To negotiate with potential purchasers, ensuring that our clients' interests are your primary concern.
To co-ordinate your transactions ensuring that you provide the highest standards of customer care to buyers and sellers, expediting the matter and securing future recommendations.
To integrate into a team environment and to provide support to your colleagues and Branch Manager.
To introduce clients and applicants to your Mortgage Consultant.
To ensure that service standards laid down by the company are met.
To achieve sales targets as agreed with your Branch Manager.
To be familiar with all systems, procedures and legislation. To project a professional image to the public and work colleagues.

Trainee Estate Agent - Experience / Qualification:

A robust sales background, or
A University Graduate
Valid UK driving licence

Graduate Trainee Estate Agent - Remuneration:

£18,000 - £19,000 initial basic salary while you are training, rising once probation is passed
£30,000 - £34,000 Year 1 On Target Earnings, rising as your training and performance progresses
Commission and bonuses available from multiple income streams
Use of a pool car during working hours (a company car will be considered in the future once probation is passed and targets are being achieved)
