JRRL are looking for a Business Analyst/Process Writer from a financial services background to join their client for a 6-month contract. The Business Analyst will be responsible for documenting, analysing, and optimizing business processes within a Financial Services (FS) environment. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement, and create detailed process documentation that supports business objectives.

Business Analyst’s responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
Develop process maps, workflows, and procedural documents.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Support project teams in implementing process changes.
Ensure alignment of processes with business goals and compliance standards.
Business Analyst’s skills and experience required:

Proven experience in process documentation and business analysis within Financial Services.
Strong understanding of FS regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Professional certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Process Improvement (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus
