About the Role:
As a Design Engineer with an electrical bias, you will play a pivotal role in the development of bespoke control panels and building management systems (BMS). You'll work with a dedicated team to design, develop, and implement efficient solutions that help automate and optimise building functions, such as lighting, HVAC, and security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop electrical schematics for control panels and BMS.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client specifications, budget, and regulatory standards.
Specify and select appropriate electrical components for system integration.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and refine designs based on performance feedback.
Assist in the commissioning and testing of completed systems.You will need…
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience in control panel and BMS design.
Strong knowledge of electrical standards and regulations.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.).
Experience with PLC programming and automation systems is a plus.
