Are you looking for a Lunchtime Supervisor opportunity in Evesham?

Winner Education are pleased to be recruiting a pro-active Lunchtime Supervisor on behalf of one of our client primary schools based on the outskirts of Evesham. Our client is a lovely small school based in small village surrounded by countryside. Applicants must be available to start as soon as possible on a long-term basis. This is a part time position up to 10 hours a week Monday to Friday during school term time.

What the role involves:

Working with children between the ages of 4-11 years old
Responsible for the safety of children during the lunchtime break
Supervision of games with children in the playground/classroom in wet weather
Ensure good behaviour is kept in the dining area
Assist with basic first aid requirements

Lunchtime Supervisor requirements:

Be a caring, polite and friendly person
Passionate about the development and support of children
A good standard of communication and engagement skills
Be proactive in providing children with a fun and safe lunchtime surrounding
Professionalism and reliability
Previous experience working as a lunchtime supervisor
