Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in the Napton area. In this role, you will support students with a range of special educational needs, including ADHD, autism, social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges, as well as speech, language, and communication difficulties. You will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support that helps students engage with their learning and achieve their potential.
Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience working with ADHD, autism, SEMH, and speech, language, and communication difficulties
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to working with students who have additional needs
* Experience in a classroom setting, providing one-to-one or small group support
