HGV Class 1 Driver
Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire
PAYE Pay Rate: £15.50 p/h (Weekdays), £18.50 (Saturday), £19.50 (Sunday)
Hours: 12 hour shifts. 00:15-3:30 start times OR 8:00-15:00 start times
Employment Type: Long-term, Ongoing work
We are seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our client’s team in Lutterworth. This role primarily involves trunking and delivering food products to warehouses and distribution centres, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
The Role:
* Delivering food products.
* Trunking work to warehouses & distribution centres.
* Working with new vehicles and trailers.
* Handballing will be required on some runs.
* Must be able to induction and assessment – this will be paid.
Requirements:
* Valid UK C+E licence, held for at least 2 years.
* Valid CPC and Digi cards.
* No more than 6 points on driving licence for minor offences.
* Hardworking & reliable.
* Strong timekeeping skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
