Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated administrator to join our team at Queen Alexandra Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust with a highly efficient, effective, and courteous telecoms service, both over the phone and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to all emergency calls and alarms, including major incidents, fire, cardiac arrest, and flat baby alarms.
Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries with professionalism and care.
Ensure that all information is accurately recorded and available as required.
Provide essential support in emergency situations by ensuring all communications are handled swiftly and efficiently.Requirements:
DBS Essential
Experience in telephony is essential.
Administrative experience with strong attention to detail.
Competence in using Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.This position offers a varied working schedule, including shifts during days, nights, and weekends, making flexibility a key requirement.
