An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Cobham as a Property Coordinator on a 9-12-month fixed term contract. Please note that this is a part time role, 15 hours per week, Monday's, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays 10AM - 3PM. Salary is up to £11,142 (£26K full time equivalent)

Employee Participation PlanAs the Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
General customer service, being the first point of contact for owners and tenants
Regular checks including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing
Helping with the move in process
Organising events and activities for customers
Building strong relationships with homeowners and their families.The successful Property Coordinator will have the following related skills / experience:
Professional and highly organised
Proactive approach and great attitude
In-person customer service experience
