Assistant Site Manager

St. Modwen Homes are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to join our flagship development in Longbridge, and play a key role in supporting and assisting the Site Manager in the build of multiple homes to the highest standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Work collaboratively with internal St. Modwen teams including Sales, Technical, Customer Service & Commercial

* Demonstrate and drive behaviours that ensure our main priority of ‘keeping our people safe’ is met

* Strive to ensure that our status as a ‘5 Star Builder’ is maintained

* Audit site activity to ensure industry best practice and innovations are implemented

REQUIREMENTS:

* A number of years relevant experience gained with a house builder

* Knowledge of NHBC guidelines

* Attained or working towards relevant NVQ and SMSTS

* Excellent communication skills, with a willingness and ability to learn
