Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity to join their successful, supportive property business based in central St Albans. Previous administration experience is essential, and they will provide comprehensive training tailored to the current property market, making this a great role for those looking to develop their skills!

The required working hours are Mon-Fri 6hrs a day, ideally 10am-4pm but hours between 9am-5.30pm will be considered, 1 Sat to be worked in 5, 9.30am-2.30pm.

What’s in it for you?

· Salary: £19,000 + £100 paid for every 1 Saturday worked in 5

· Hours: Mon-Fri 6hrs a day, ideally 10am-4pm but hours between 9am-5.30pm will be considered, 1 Sat to be worked in 5, 9.30am-2.30pm.

· Free parking

· 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

· Handling email and phone inquiries

· Registering client details on the system

· Uploading properties to online portals and the website

· Preparing and distributing tenancy agreements

· Conducting tenant referencing

· Maintaining the office window display

· Managing social media platforms

· Performing general office administrative tasks.

· Have a polite and confident phone manner, with the ability to communicate details clearly

· Possess strong written skills for drafting professional letters and emails

· Work well under pressure and able to multi- task

· Be proficient in IT

· Well presented

· Effectively manage your time

· Stay motivated and enthusiastic

· Have a good sense of humour
