The Sales Manager role is a key part in the growth of this business, you will be tasked with conversion and driving sales for the branch. You will look after the development of a small team of people and an Assistant Manager. The store Manager will drive the sales through coaching and developing this team. You support the Owners in providing the highest levels of customer service and be able to do basic administration and keep your branch on course for top audit results.
You will currently be in Self storage or looking for the next step in your career from Assistant Manager. The role needs you to have a big personality and hold the highest standards in all aspects of your role. The role requires you to hold team briefings and have superb interpersonal skills, so a strong communication background is needed. The state-of-the-art facilities is equipped with the best computer systems, that you can get, so a good understanding of MS office is needed.
