Our Care Home is a registered general residential and nursing Care Home close to local shops, a Post Office and a range of coffee shops and restaurants served by good road and public transport links.
Right Search Recruitment are looking for a Registered Nurse to join a professional, friendly Team in this home working 36 - 48 hours per week on days or night shifts and the right Candidate will be offered a highly competitive package together with superb management support and progression if required.
This is a great time to join this amazing home which scores GOOD on the CQC. You will be working with a fantastic home manager and stable team as a Night Nurse. This position offers an hourly rate of £20-£22 per hour, all training will be provided and lots of opportunity for career progression if desired.

This flagship home provides residential, nursing and dementia care for older people.
Responsibilities:
* Undertake medication administration
* Carry out all duties in a safe manner
* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate person centred care for each resident
* Establish and maintain good relationships with the people we support, their relatives and staff
* Ensure that individuals are safe-guarded in accordance with 'No Secrets' legislation,
* Promote and maintain a good working relationship with all external bodies
* Ensure that the people we support are treated with privacy, dignity and respect at all times
* Maintain a sound knowledge of Care Quality Commission (or equivalent) and all other regulatory standards
* Ensure individuals receive a nutritious balanced diet and adequate hydration in accordance with their plan of care
* Provide coaching, training and support to junior staff when applicable
