Title: Join the team as a Tooling Engineer for Medical Devices in Dublin!

Our client is seeking an experienced and qualified tooling engineer to join their dynamic team located in Dublin. This 12-month contract offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute towards developing life-changing medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Tooling Engineer on our client's project, you will be responsible for:

- Multicavity tooling design
- Production of high-quality production tools using DQ/FATs etc.
- Validation testing
- Working closely with other engineers within the company

Qualifications & Skills Required:

A minimum Bachelor's degree or higher qualification related to mechanical engineering or similar field
At least five years' experience working within injection moulded plastic components manufacturing sector would also be preferable

Sector-specific Experience:
Prior experience working specifically in medical device development projects which involve precision moulding processes would be advantageous but not essential.
