KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime and boost operational efficiency.
* Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
* Support the installation of new machinery as the facility continues to expand.
WHAT YOULL BRING:
* EXPERIENCE:5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably within food, packaging, or other high-speed industries.
* TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:Strong proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, particularly focusing on electrical systems.
* SKILL SET:Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, valves, belts, pulleys, gearboxes, conveyors, electrical wiring (120/240/480), AC/DC, control voltage, conduit installation, wire pulling, and 3-phase motors.
* BLUEPRINTS:Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
* PERSONAL QUALITIES:Self-motivated, positive, energetic, punctual, and hardworking with a team-oriented attitude.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:Experience within the food or beverage manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
* EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:Associate degree or equivalent technical training in a relevant field, or related maintenance certifications.
* PLC SKILLS:Capable of troubleshooting and programming PLCs, with knowledge of ladder logic.
* ADDITIONAL SKILLS:Experience with welding, pipefitting, boilers, or HVAC systems is a plus.
