Are you a technical SME who can ensure our client gets best-in-class service while owning a technical roadmap?

A leading mental health charity is seeking a Technical Architect to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. As the key link between the charity and Managed Service Provider, you'll ensure that infrastructure supports the crucial work they do.

You will:

- Design and implement systems architecture aligned with the 5-year strategy.

- Lead IT projects like Windows 11 build, network redesign, and server refresh.

- Collaborate with IT teams to deliver secure, cost-effective solutions.

- Own and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs.

- Mentor staff and manage technical risk, supporting disaster recovery planning.

What You'll Bring:

- Strong system design knowledge, with expertise in embedding security by design.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

- Experience in Microsoft environments; TOGAF certification and healthcare/charity sector experience are a plus.
