Air Conditioning Engineer – Exeter
Salary: £40,000 + Vehicle (with personal use) | Monday - Friday

Your New Role

* Mobile role covering retail sites across Exeter.

* Responsible for service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of a range of air conditioning equipment, including splits, multi-splits, VRVs, and VRFs.

* Paid travel time of 30 minutes.

* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

* Call-out rota: 1 in 8, with £115 standby pay.

What You'll Need to Succeed

* Experience in a Maintenance or Facilities Management environment.

* Relevant qualifications such as FGAS and ODS regulations.

* City & Guilds qualification in AC and Refrigeration.

* Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces. A willingness to participate in the on-call rota is essential.
