Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts including variance analyses for division and provide financial insight on performance.
Manage two direct reports
Preparing accurate business reports including full profit & loss account with analysis and commentary, balance sheet reconciliations and detailed project profitability reporting.
Develop a business partner relationship with middle and senior operational management, providing key metrics and analysis as a foundation for sound commercial decision making
Prepare the divisional monthly financial reporting pack to aid commercial team KPIs as a foundation for sound commercial decision making and analysis.
Lead the onsite preparation of budgets and reforecasting
Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts and five year plans for the business units of responsibility to aid and assist accurate planning.
Oversee consolidation of budgets, forecasts and five year plans for the divisionRequirements:

Qualified or studying towards an accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
Experience of working with and supporting operational colleagues
Advanced Excel
