Teacher- Small Groups
Milk Education are recruiting for an EYFS/KS1 qualified teacher to teach small groups of around 3/4 children at an Independent SEMH school in Gainsborough to start as soon as possible. The students are primary aged and working at a low level KS1 rate, as well as having extreme behavioural needs.
The students display dysregulated and physical behaviours so the school are looking for individuals with resilience and a calming temperament.
This is a full-time role, subject to a twelve week probation through Milk Education and the working hours at 8:45am - 4:15pm Monday to Friday.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
* Teach pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
* Work with small groups of children or on a one to one basis to help them understand how to regulate their behaviour
* Work as part of a team who share an empathy for students with special educational needs
Non-negotiables:
* Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEMH needs.
* A minimum degree level qualification (ideally holding QTS) with 6 months of teaching experience
* Good behaviour management
