A leading UK manufacturer is on the hunt for an energetic and driven Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. Known for their innovative and creative solutions, this company prides itself on delivering top-notch service and products to their customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a bustling warehouse, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Managing the receiving, storing, and shipping of products with precision.
Ensuring the safety and compliance of all warehouse activities and staff.
Collaborating with key players like the Site Manager, Operations Planner, and Production Administrator to optimise processes and resource management.
Maintaining top-notch quality and service delivery, with a keen eye on stock management and fork truck maintenance.
From time to time you'll be operating a forklift so you'll need to be qualified to operate one.

A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a knack for working effectively under pressure.
Someone who is well-organised, able to plan their workload, and can keep things running smoothly across departments.
A professional attitude and appearance, with a clear focus on continuous improvement in a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently managing resources and space, ensuring accurate stock management and regular stock takes.
Overseeing the loading and unloading of vehicles, maintaining high standards of accuracy and reporting any issues promptly.
Upholding professional standards of appearance, discipline, and work ethic.
Ensuring adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental Policies, and maintaining ISO 9001 certified standards.
Leading and training Warehouse Operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Skills and Experience:

Licensed on counter-balanced forklift and PPT trucks.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Literate and numerate, with good communication skills.
A good level of manual dexterity and fitness relevant to the job role.
Ability to remain calm and diligent, especially under pressure.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00 with a 1-hour break
