Total Quality Manager

Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting a Total Quality Manager to join our client based in the Stoke-on-Trent area. We are looking for someone who is highly driven and is exceptional at managing and developing people.

Main responsibilities of this Total Quality Manager role:

Manage and support quality team members and technical division leads, offering guidance, regular one-on-one meetings, performance appraisals, and promoting continuous personal development.
Ensure core processes are executed accurately and on time, with a focus on maintaining world-class quality standards through effective coaching and leadership.
Work with various teams to foster best practices, streamline processes, and cultivate a positive company culture.
Ensure that vital information is communicated clearly across departments to drive team success and achieve high performance.
Lead initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction. Use quality metrics and KPIs to identify improvement areas and implement necessary changes.
Develop and execute strategies to elevate quality standards across the organisation. Prepare reports and deliver presentations to senior management when needed.
Analyse data from various systems to forecast demand, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.Skills required for this Total Quality Manager role:

Demonstrated success in a high-performance organisation, with experience in people management and coaching.
Extensive background in quality management, ideally with AS9100 certification.
Competent with common computer systems and tools necessary for analysis, reporting, and communication.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present ideas effectively.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to adapt to challenges.Benefits of this Total Quality Manager role:
