Assistant Site Manager – North Devon

One of the largest and most reputable house building experts has a requirement for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join on of their many successful sites in North Devon.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist the Site Manager in managing the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that Programme, Quality and Cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme.

To be successful in the role, we are looking for:

* Experience of working on new build housing sites

* Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs

* Must hold SMSTS, First Aid at Work & CSCS card

* In depth knowledge of all aspects of the construction trade

* Salary up to £47,000 depending on experience and qualifications
