This is a great opportunity to work as Property Project Manager for high profile, well-loved brand within Telecom sector, based in Theale (Hybrid). We are currently recruiting for a Property Project Manager to join our Property Estates team. The Property Project Manager support the Property Programme Manager in providing analytical and project management support into Client's strategic decommissioning programme and all other facets of Property and Estates and deliver critical business analysis to drive and implement effective governance and control across data and reporting platforms on behalf of the Property team.

Key Responsibilities:

. To undertake designated projects as required, following through to resolution utilizing standard project management techniques
. To manage all key stakeholder groups who are connected to the delivery of the project to ensure expectations are managed, critical decisions are made, key dependencies and requirements are addressed and project delivery progress is clearly understood.
. To operate project governance by using appropriate mediums and mechanisms such as milestone reporting, meetings, one to ones and conference calls required to deliver all projects, in line with timescales, budget, quality and scope
. Review processes applicable to delivery of the project to ensure Suppliers are working in most efficient and economical fashion
. Ensure development and use of correct analytical styles and techniques that are most appropriate to the objectives of the analysis across all given areas within Property and Estates and other company departments/disciplines as required.
. Development and ownership of project reports detailing supplier performance, project progress along with escalations and blockers.
. Using effective and appropriate stakeholder management across both internal and external parties to ensure the continued success of the overall programme.
. Escalating into the Programme Manager as required to

Required Skills :

Mid-level/previous experience in running projects in complex and frequently changing business environments.
. Prince II foundation or equivalent qualification/accreditation desirable.
. Excellent interpersonal skills and abilities in managing stakeholders and Matrix teams.
. Strong planning and organizational ability to prepare and anticipate well in the face of change.
. Intermediate skills in Excel and MS Project.
