Full time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy to clients facing a range of mental health challenges. Your contributions will play a key role in enhancing the well-being of our clients and promoting their recovery journeys.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
Offers counseling and crisis intervention services to patients, focusing on the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral challenges.
Engages with family and support networks to coordinate client treatment and discharge planning.
Updates physicians on patient progress, needs, concerns, and both potential and actual problems.
Open-minded and willing to learn from professionals in other fields, enhancing a holistic approach to client care.
Works in partnership with the healthcare team to create treatment plans and discharge plans informed by psychosocial assessments and established social work practices.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapist from an accredited program.
Active Washington state licensure as LMFT.
You have 2 year or more of experience in outpatient setting.
You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
