We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to become a vital part of our expanding rehabilitation team. Our mission is to empower clients to achieve their optimal health and performance through tailored, evidence-based care and innovative training programs. We are committed to delivering the highest level of personalized care, helping patients achieve their desired outcomes efficiently.
Salary: $100,000-$130,000 per year with full benefits.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities
Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.
Requirements
Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Current New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
Strong manual therapy skills and training.
Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
