Responsibilities

Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle

Monitor surveillance systems and alarms for any suspicious activities

Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and visitors

Enforce rules and regulations to maintain safety and security

Write and submit detailed incident reports and documentation as required

Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications preferred

Valid security guard license or certification

Strong observational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to remain calm and act effectively in stressful situations

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
