Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide in-depth product knowledge to help customers make informed purchases.
Ensure that the sales floor is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting counts.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer service standards.
Requirements
Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A genuine passion for home decor and design.
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
