Job Description

Salary Range:

The expected pay range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 yearly.  The pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Responsibilities:

Work with stakeholders to elicit business requirements, which are captured in Use Cases, user Stories, and technical requirements.

Develop business cases

Utilize requirements matrices to ensure traceability.

Define and document user journeys representing interaction scenarios.

Analyze business processes and workflows so they can be both documented and optimized.

Develop analysis and requirements artifacts and briefings for executives and senior managers.

Plan and lead the transition of business analyst work from the incumbent contractor.

Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the IT team to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.

Assist in the implementation of analysis and requirements processes, including training and support.

Lead and mentor team of junior analysts.
