Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, service-minded ambassador for the Banquet Bartender position.

Candidate will be responsible for serving guests for both social and corporate banquet events.

Qualified candidate should be personable, articulate and have at least two years previous bartending experience in an upscale, high end banquet establishment/restaurant or 4 diamond hotel. In addition, must have some previous food serving experience preferably in an up-scale environment.

Candidate should have experience in wine service, knowledge of food and wine pairing, knowledge of high end liquors and aperitifs and experience with a high end bar/banquet menu.

Must be flexible with schedule as well as be able to lift at least 50 pounds

Exercise good judgment and intuition to anticipate guests’ needs. Take initiative to connect with guests, inquire about their experience, and ensure their satisfaction.
