Title: Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master
Location: DMV (Remote)

Integres is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in .NET development, SDLC processes, Scrum methodologies, SharePoint management, and website maintenance. The ideal candidate will lead a small team and be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects while ensuring they align with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage and maintain intranet, internet, applications, and website platforms.
Job Description
Act as Scrum Master for technical teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to the project’s budget, schedule, and scope.
Develop, maintain, and revise project documents for assigned projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
Implement IT strategies that deliver projects that support the agency’s goals and objectives.
Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status during all project phases.
Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends to prepare project status reports.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to ensure technical and functional requirements are clearly defined, documented, and understood.
Perform analysis on emerging application enhancements as a benefit to the business models.
Provide input and best practice recommendations to current and future policies and procedures as needed or requested.
Conduct internal technical reviews to improve performance, support, and technical enhancements.
Assist with management and oversight of assigned IT programs.
Research and evaluate new and emerging IT technology and present senior leaders with strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats in decision-making.
Recommended adjustments/modifications to current and future IT project priorities to meet changing business needs, program plans, goals, and objectives. Develop project plans to meet those needs by identifying core problem areas and providing possible solutions and alternatives.
Facilitate and/or attend project meetings as required or requested.
Communicate with customers, project team members, and cross-functional/multi-disciplinary groups to support project objectives, goals, and priorities.
In-depth understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and best practices for delivering high-quality software solutions at NIH.
Lead SharePoint-related projects, including the development, customization, and ongoing management of SharePoint environments to support organizational collaboration and content management needs.
Familiarity with web technologies and platforms (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for maintaining websites.
Manage and maintain internet and intranet systems, ensuring uptime, security, and user experience.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, status reports, budgets, and project plans. Ensure project deliverables are well-documented and meet the agreed-upon requirements.
Ensure that websites and applications are functional, secure, and optimized.
