Job Description
Rate of Pay: $19.00 per hour
(Additional $1.00 per hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Leads and directs department employees in the absence of the foreperson/supervisor.
Trains all new personnel.
Monitors productivity and quality.
Assists co-workers in performing department tasks.
Assists in completion of reports (time cards, work hour reports, placement of chicks, etc.)
Other work duties as requested by supervisor (i.e. hand out supplies, etc.)
