Key Responsibilities as a Legionella Risk Assessor:

* Conduct comprehensive Legionella Risk Assessments following the Approved Code of Practice L8 & HSG274.

* Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations.

* Create action plans for sites not meeting L8 standards.

* Perform monthly competency audits and identify service upsell opportunities.

* Carry out temperature monitoring and water hygiene services.

* Use Visio to create schematic drawings (training provided).

* Deliver Legionella Awareness Training to clients.

Requirements for a Legionella Risk Assessor:

* Full UK driving licence.

* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor.

* Strong knowledge of water hygiene services and Legionella risk.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Competent in digital compliance systems.

* Training delivery experience is an advantage.
