SEN Teaching Assistant (Daily Supply Work)
Location: Bristol and Surrounding Areas

We are looking for passionate and flexible SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team for daily supply work in schools across Bristol and the surrounding area. This is a great opportunity to work in different educational settings, gain valuable experience, and make a positive impact on students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN, including those with Autism, ADHD, and other learning or behavioural difficulties.

* Assist with learning activities in the classroom, following the teacher’s guidance and adapting tasks to meet the needs of SEN students.

* Help with personal care, emotional support, and behaviour management where necessary.

* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support each student’s individual education plan (IEP).

* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant or supporting children with additional needs.

* A caring, patient, and adaptable approach.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.

* Flexibility to work across different schools in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
