Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the curriculum
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning
Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing feedback to ensure continued development
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning atmosphere
Communicate regularly with parents and carers, providing updates on pupils' progress and achievements
Contribute to the wider school community and participate in school events and activities
Support the continued development of school initiatives and teaching practices

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
Well-organised and able to plan and deliver effective lessons with excellent classroom management
Proven track record of improving pupils' progress and attainment
Commitment to the development of the whole school and a willingness to engage in professional development
Passion for Teaching: You're dedicated to inspiring and educating young minds.
Adaptability: Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude are key.
DBS or willingness to obtain one.
