Overview:
The Premier Account Manager serves as a primary point of contact for the Bank's largest Equipment Finance Enterprise accounts. The Premier Account Manager oversees a portfolio of assigned customers; creating long-term, trusting relationships, while working closely with sales, vendors, and various teams across all areas of the Bank to resolve challenges with client-focused solutions, delivering a superior customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Service & Support - Fosters collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues. Listens to understand customer requests and preferences; and takes prompt actions to address immediate needs. Proactively pursues ways to optimize performance by seeking coaching, supporting Bank initiatives, and leveraging tools to enhance efficiencies.
Account Management - Maintains high portfolio performance by monitoring customers' payment status. Posts cash timely and accurately and ensures invoice expectations meet client needs. Resolves billing, collections, and credit issues. Manages end-of-lease terms, negotiations, buyouts, and equipment returns. Keeps clear and organized records of customers' contract terms and any special handling requirements.
Operations and Administration - Performs duties as assigned to ensure operational efficiency. Complies with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory, and legal aspects of personal interactions, customer transactions, and financial exposures. Completes required training by established deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
- OR -
High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Operations
Additional Requirements:
Experience autonomously managing daily responsibilities and deliverables with minimal management oversight
Account management and/or management experience
Advanced customer service and written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience hosting conversations with C-Suite and Senior level leadership
Commercial banking industry experience
