ITT RHEINHÜTTE Pumpen GmbH is a pump specialist in demand worldwide, whose products are successful in international competition due to their outstanding variety of materials and designs. As an expert with experience and the highest level of materials expertise in metal, plastic and ceramics, we produce with approx. 250 employees at two locations, individually according to customer requirements for the worldwide needs of chemical process engineering

Grundlegende Verantwortlichkeiten:

Assembly, measurement and testing of pumps on the pump test bench, if necessary initiation of corrective measures based on operational experience, in the event of deviations outside the tolerances, forwarding of the information to the responsible department.

Measurement and evaluation of performance data, vibrations and bearing temperatures in the test software

Mounting and dismantling of measuring and piping

Selecting Test Stations

Filling out checklists for documentation

Support in supervising customer acceptances regarding the pump test on the test bench

Pressure testing of pumps

Grinding of pumps

Preservation of the pumps and attachment of the type and information plates

Construction and alignment of pumps with motor (and accessories) on base frame according to drawings

Work and tasks that are carried out repeatedly must always be done with the same care.

Compliance with the specified corporate goals and/guidelines (data protection, quality, environment and ESH)
