Position Overview

This job requires a self-starter who has financial services experience and regulatory knowledge. The individual must manage complex matters in a business-efficient manner. This includes managing copious amounts of information, supporting business lines, and interfacing with regulators.

Responsibilites:

Support the litigation/regulatory department and advise on legal relationships, litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters

Design, build, and improve legal department processes.

Managing cases and getting to the root of complex legal issues facing all affiliates and subsidiaries of the company

Qualifications:

Qualifications

10+ years relevant experience 

JD from an accredited law school 

Financial services industry experience 

Regulatory experience
