Overview:

As an advisor, you will provide expert advice on personal lines insurance and sell and cross-sell our products.

Actively develop relationships with sales colleagues in the commercial P&C and benefits insurance divisions to generate cross selling opportunities

Calls are routed directly to you, eliminating the need for lead hunting.

Produces revenue through sales to new and existing clients

Consults with clients according to their needs, retaining them as clients.

Enjoy a competitive base salary, commissions, and bonuses as rewards for your performance.

You will also be eligible for merit increases, ensuring your salary continues to grow.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement if you are located near one of our Gallagher offices.

How you'll make an impact:

Sells insurance products and services to walk-in, call-in and referred prospects and/or current customers on an inside sales basis. Collects prospect information, researches any questions and issues with other department personnel, determines appropriate products and services to offer and closes sales. Cross sells other Company products and services and refers prospects to appropriate business lines. Develops knowledge of insurance products and services.

About you:

Required: High school diploma and 1 year experience required. Insurance licensing required after employment.

Preferred:

Behaviors: Should possess good verbal communication skills.
