We are searching for a talented Nursing Assistant I

Hours: Per Diem 

Shift: Flexible shifts & hours with weekend and vacation rotation   

Location: St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA

Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. 

Responsibilities:

Under general supervision of individually assigned Manager, Patient Care Services or designee, perform a variety of duties including basic care, personal hygiene, mobility, nutritional support, maintain patient environment, and provide assistance to licensed staff in carrying out other related duties, etc.

Qualifications:

Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized courses or training.

Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Training Program is preferred.

Nursing Assistant Certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the equivalent is required.

Current CPR Certification is required.

Three (3) months experience in an acute care or long-term setting is preferred.

Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Pay Range:

USD $19.00 - USD $25.50 /Hr.
