The Jr. Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network systems to ensure the stable operation of the organization's IT assets. This includes developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with internship experience looking for thier first full-time position. This role does require someone to be on-site at our office in Chappaqua, NY.
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices
Monitor network performance and integrity
Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure
Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)
Communicate with users when needed
Maintain complete technical documentation
Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Knowledge of LAN/WAN network infrastructure technologies
Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (through coursework or internships)Windows Server Knowledge: Setup, configuration, and management
Access Control: Implementing role-based access
Technical Skills: Proficiency in network and server management
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
