Our Hotel Night Auditor is responsible for creating an engaging and CAREing environment for the hotel’s internal and external Guests during the overnight shift.  The key to success in this position is to ensure total Guest satisfaction by an efficient check-in and checkout experience, identification and resolution of Guest related problems, provide property and destination information, and to proactively respond to the needs of our Guests. The Hotel’s success depends on the establishment of long lasting relationships with our Guests, and the person selected for this position will be the foundation of this relationship.  In addition, our Night Audit will balance Food & Beverage outlets, balance and post the front office accounts.  

Qualifications:

Prior hotel Front Desk experience required. 

Hotel Night Audit experience a plus.   

Excellent communication and hospitality skills a must!
