Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Perform in-process, notified, and final inspections at supplier sites for factored goods including electric motors, seals, bearings, and control systems. Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure resolution prior to delivery or establish remedial work plans.
Attend all First Off inspections to set the standard for machined components, fabrications, and factored goods, ensuring consistent quality across the board.
Engage in kick-off meetings to ensure suppliers fully understand the quality expectations and requirements for factored goods.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve any issues related to supplier quality, ensuring seamless integration of factored goods into the production process.
Notify suppliers of non-conforming items, provide technical guidance, and manage queries to avoid production delays. Maintain up-to-date records of all NCRs.
Conduct audits of new suppliers and manage the supplier audit schedule, including in-process audits, to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards.
